So, season 3 is underway and I personally am really enjoying it so far. Loving Will, loving Magnus, loving Kate, loving the Kate/Will, Kate/Henry, Kate/Magnus, and Magnus/Will interactions I'm seeing so far. Loving, really, most of what I'm seeing. Honestly, the only person I could think of shipping her with is Ravi. (But sometimes my slash goggles are on so tight I have trouble seeing any het pairings at all, so...) She annoyed me with Henry early on, so even though she's getting better and growing on me a bit, I still don't like the two of them together.

And while I think Tesla (at least my Tesla) would hit that in a second, I don't know that I'd say it qualifies as a ship. :)

Ultimately, I think she needs somebody really, really patient, because that's a whole lot of prickly wall to get through.

Oh I can totally see her with Helen (and now Sally thanks to your comment) but no one else. Possibly because I really can't see Kate as straight for some reason :S

Especially as Jonathon Young has stated a desire to be tied up in more of Tesla's scenes...

I knew there was a reason I liked this man. :D

If I HAVE to ship her with anyone, it's Will. Why? Henry's mine damnit! LOL

But really I've not warmed up to her enough to ship her with anyone at all on the team.

It's official. I'm OTTeam, EVERYONE/EVERYONE. This show is deliciously shippable.

(Even if I still ship Kate/Jimmy like BURNING. So wonderfully wrong.) Also guilty of RPing Kate/Tesla on more than one occassion. (I blame Ellllyyyyy) There was tying up involved. *shame*

I think the antagonistic vibe between Kate and Henry doesn't go to that shippable place that say, Paris/Torres or Han/Leia went. it's almost sibling-ish. He's an easy target and she gets his goat and he kinda scowls and she smirks and moves along. She kinda does it 'cause she can, like a cat sitting just out of reach of a dog. At least this is what I think. it's...not shippable to me. I don't see "chemistry", I see a couple people aren't quite ever gonna get along perfectly. I have friends like that. They can stand one another, and work together, but they'd never hop into the sack ( ... )
