I've been working out, intentionally and unintentionally, more this past week than I have in months. So - a recap!
- Monday: Forty minutes in the company's fitness center: 20 minutes on weight machines and 20 minutes on a stationary bike.
- Thursday: Ninety minutes of moderately intense yoga.
- Saturday: Two hours of intense sword fighting. Running

I totally got hooked on Lost as well. I download a few episodes at once and watch them when I have free time. I don't think I could handel only watching one at a time with a week in between. Somehow it is easier watching a few back to back and waiting a while before I do it again.

LOST is crack. Darci and I have been watching it since the premiere. It's funny because you never know if all these interesting loose ends are actually well devised plot points or just some crap they pulled out of their a$$ at the writer's round table LOL. Either way it's very interesting stuff and something fun to speculate about with the guys at work on Thu mornings. You can download the episodes you missed of Season #2 of Mininova or any other good Bit Torrent engine, catch up and start watching on Wed nights!

Gotta finish season one before I move on to season 2!!
I adored the SH movie. It got ripped apart by critics, but I still really enjoyed it. The atmosphere! Fun times. Great to go with you folk.
