We started the morning around 8, Dan and I each having slept in separate tiny rooms. We got in our hotel provided robes, grabbed our towels, and headed down to the public bath. Saturday morning, I woke up at about 5 AM. Seems pretty good considering the time differences! I messed around on the DS for a while until Dan's alarm went off. This is cool. I'm down to the weight I was at when I graduated college. 5 more pounds and I'm down to high school weight. This is really seeming feasible and reachable.

I've been working out, intentionally and unintentionally, more this past week than I have in months. So - a recap!

• Monday: Forty minutes in the company's fitness center: 20 minutes on weight machines and 20 minutes on a stationary bike.
• Thursday: Ninety minutes of moderately intense yoga.
