Sigh, my original labyrinth post needed re-doing to be useful.
Ok, when I went to try to do a layout on my lawn, I discovered my previous labyrinth post was not even remotely useful. It's great to get an idea where to go, but not useful for laying out rope or pearlite or whatever. I am going to use both rope and pearlite before I start planting the two kinds of different-looking lawn to make the labyrinth.

Need more money to put where my mouth is...
I finally put some of my money where my mouth is and gave $700 (company-matched, so $1400) to a nearby Montessori school in an underprivileged neighborhood.

Gotta catch a wave
Lots of stuff is broken, other stuff is endangered from the sea change that was going on before this election was a gleam in the millennium's eye.
I think some waves can help us to a relatively safe and fruitful shore.
