So many people have stopped writing in livejournal and are now all about the facebook. I guess I am too, although I never was much of a livejournal writer.
So just thought i'd let internet land know that i'm still alive and well and will post at some point again when it's not 3:30 am

Work has been crazy for me lately. I applied for a position in my company that I wasn't necessarily qualified for but that I knew I could do. The interview for it was going to be a panel of three big-wigs and it was to be one of those behavioural interviews where you have to relate stories about different situations and somehow make them relate ( Read more... )

Oh happy day...for once in my life i have an excess of money. That would be in contrast to the defeicit of money i usually have. I have to say it's somewhat demoralizing to work like a dog at a fulltime job that pays decently enough and still never have anything left over before the next paycheque rolls around. The last few months have been really busy. New job..well, same job but different hours and different boss and different salary. Waiting impatiently for an acceptance/rejection letter that SHOULD be coming this week. It's true that waiting is the hardest part..even harder than being rejected. I decided i need to take off about 10 pounds that somehow appeared on me over winter. Today was supposed to be the first day of my diet..I get up early, make and packed a healthy lunch, and what happens? My co-workers go out for lunch today...to Boston Pizza. I just saw this movie...and wow! Please go see it!

If you know anyone who snores like a freaking steamboat, I HIGHLY recommend this product. I was skeptical at first, but it really works. One squirt down the throat and peace and harmony is restored. I don't know how it works and i don't care...just give it to the snorer in your house and thank me in the morning.

I've had some down time lately, so I decided to do something that I haven't had time to do in a long while...read for pleasure! I started with a book called The Curious incident of the Dog in the Night. It's a fictional book, written in journal style by a boy with autism as he deals with things in his life.
