Dennis and I finally made it to the gym last night, after not going in close to two months. I felt so much better afterwards. I mainly worked on my legs. I did leg press, leg extensions, leg curls, adductors, abductors and about 6 minutes on an eliptical machine to cool down some. I was all glad we had gone, and was already looking forward to
