So awhile ago, I was on this push-ups kick. Trying to get to the point where I could do 50 in a row. I was on this program where you do 5 sets of push-ups, three times a week, upping the number in each set as you progress. Well, the last time I did them, I over-did it. I hurt my shoulder.
