Week 2, Day 1

Ran last night. It was tough, but I managed. I'm hoping it gets a bit easier. My first run of this program, I felt fantastic. My second run I was feeling kinda blah, but I felt better as I ran. My third run I had to drag myself outside to run. Yesterday's run was more of the dragging, as well as really having to push myself to not just jog, and to keep my walks brisk instead of slowing to a snail's pace.

I'm worried I won't be able to keep up with the program. I'm feeling really worn out, and my hips are hurting. I wonder if I need to see a chiropractor.
