Week 2, Day 1

Ran last night. It was tough, but I managed. I'm hoping it gets a bit easier. My first run of this program, I felt fantastic. My second run I was feeling kinda blah, but I felt better as I ran. If it hurts, you should slow down. Don't push beyond what you can do and still feel good, otherwise you'll start hating it and won't do it at all. *hugs*
