yummy banana-berry protein shake!

1 banana
1 cup fruit yogurt
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1/2 cup ice
1/2 cup milk
1 serving protein powder
blend well! perfect for cooling down after a hard workout :-)

This recipe is fairly smooth, not tart, the berries don't overwhelm. If you replace the milk with juice the drink is much sweeter.

For me, I like tart. Banana usually overwhelms anything you mix with it and then I don't taste the berry. I don't use milk, unless it's lactaid or soy...soy shakes are so filling...and juice makes it more fun and fruity!
