You might have answered this in a previous post - are you counting Worf as a POC?

Yes, I'm going on a bit of a limb here and I'll see how well that works - Vulcans, Bajorans etc that are essentially forehead aliens get treated as humans with respect to race. Klingons tend to be played by POC, so - providing I know that the actor is a POC - I'll treat them as such. I thought about discounting them because it's half-face make-up (and I'm discounting full-face prosthetics like the Ferengi, and others like Cardassians), but then the Klingons are the only race I can think of off the top of my head that regularly has POC, so discounting seemed problematic for me.

That said, the moment I said I'd treat Klingons as COC, two of the main Klingon guest stars in TNG - Kheyler and Gowron - are both played by white actors!

Any suggestions would be welcomed...

I kind of think Klingons are supposed to be coded as black. It's pretty uncomfortable...
