I've been doing homework all night. I'm not done. and I'm exhausted. I still have a ton of kanji to review/re memorize. I spent earlier tonight doing my ed project prep for tomorrow. Joy and Sorrow
So, today I started out dragging myself out of bed for my placement. I kind of went in a blur but I had a lot of fun when I got there. The kids were doing a writing project about an "Autobiographical Incident" and doing peer editing. So, sociology professor assigns a class an experiment in classism, and has them go into retail stores of different economic target groups to see how customer service is, store set up looks, etc. He sends groups in with one person dressed very high end, and another dressed very low end. I am suddenly reminded of a good friend of mine. She is brilliant, and beautiful, and absolutely boy crazy. Today is Thanksgiving, and I am kind of sleep but generally cheerful. Life is good, Erin and Shirley stayed over last night, and in about two hours we'll be going to my Aunt Kathy's house. Tomorrow is Thanksgiving and I am heading home in about an hour, along with Erin and Christine, and I shall see if Shirley is there or not. As for right now I am taking a two hour sub shift at Canaday, after which I will be packing and then heading out.
