The Guitar Wolf show was insane. It's amazing that a band ostensibly fashioned to emulate raw American rock and roll has so surpassed the aspirations of that genre as to make the harshest and heaviest of American hardcore seem like plastic pedestrian pop stars. Unbelievable! Just when I had given up hope, the anti-gay adoption bill was killed! Who would have thought that Democrats could actually have spines? Apparently, debate on the measure turned personal, and the Republican sponsor managed to piss off enough people to get the Dems to vote down party lines.
