Ups and Downs

It's been a while since I've written. Probably the biggest news is that Fred and I have been busy in the last couple of weeks looking for houses in Minneapolis. We've seen 14 places so far, but only one with any serious potential. As our realtor says, "You'll find the right place. What's on the market now just sucks." We'll be looking at 8

He said afterward that some things you would just like to do over again. Black Horse Troop, a Mozart horn fugue. The trumpet section alone. Percussion alone __ got chuckles even, in the right places and a terrific jazz band. Greetings from the three of them plus Mr. D. and Andy R. Possible super-cool thng for his pipes group.

House hunting

We looked at fifteen houses in two weeks before we bought our current place. It's difficult to keep them all straight after a while!

Good luck finding the right place! You'll know it when you see it...I walked in the door here and just knew it was "my" house.

Titles are SOO MUCH FUN! It's just great to be able to control how people will interpret the story. I threw in a few jokes with my Elixir titles. I've been doing them down here for MTT. The administration is amazing by my abilities with them. Hopefully, they'll help me land a job with an opera orchestra.

And yay for the St. Olaf Choir...but I'm a bit biased. ;-)

We need to talk! I'll try to call you sometime this week. I just got done moving, and am in better spirits. I think there was something evil about that room. Forgot to burn the sage. Oops. Won't make that mistake again. ;-)
