My grandad's funeral was on Thursday. Can't say I was looking forward to it, but it was a good service, and it wasn't too long, either, which I think he would've preferred (Not that we had a choice, though. I feel compelled to cut people off, and yet I continue to question if it was the right thing to do. If I was right to denounce them. Probably not, but I am tired of being this way or that way for people. I start to see other traits in them that I dislike, and I ( Read more... ) -

People change.
Rarely for the better, I find. But then, without the ability or opportunity to do so, where would we be?
And so, right now, I am glad that we change, even if it sometimes pulls us apart. -

Dunno how I'll react when we have the funeral, or leading up to it, for that matter.
I have a delayed reaction mechanism for these kinds of things. Calm before the storm and all that... It pisses me off, because it reminds me of my AS.

I woke up at quarter to two today.
Not much of a day, as a result.
Everything feels very weird. Either in that we're one less in the house, or in that, it still hasn't quite registered in my head. -
