I've been thinking about dying way too much lately.  It's really putting a hinder on the struggle with getting out of the bed every morning. 

Finally I have a night where I don't have to rush to get under covers.  Finally I have a night that will bleed over the morning and into the early afternoon.  An afternoon open to my own devices.  I finally have a day off from work.  I finally have a day where I don't have to smell faux mexican food, and bring the smell home with me.  I can't wait ( Read more... )

Maybe it all was a thorn in my side.  Removed, the wounds have started to smooth over quite nicely. 

I'm really happy with life right now.  I may have a shitty job and I may be freezing my ass off in Michigan and I may live with my father, but I'm still happy.  All in all my life makes a lot of sense right now, and not the usual clusterfuck of confusion and uncertainty.  I feel really good about myself and I'm happy I can say that for once.   

One thing I especially hate about having a job is when it exhausts you to the point that when you finally get a day off to, a day to work on and accomplish tasks that actually mean something to you, you're too tired to do anything and all your strength goes to keeping your eyelids open.

I've been back in Detroit for some time now...I miss Chicago and the Happy House, but in a lot of ways I feel a sense of peace being away from there.  However, I feel that way for all the wrong reasons.  Maybe I just like to make myself suffer.  Right now, as I usually, there a multitude of conflicting emotions surging through me.  I feel anxious, ( Read more... )

So my stay in Chicago is coming to an end.  It's hard for me to describe my experience appropriately. Living in this co-op, The Happy House, has been a mix of emotions, a good portion of them not actually being happy.  A lot of good and bad events have occurred over the past three weeks, but all in all I think living here has further deteriorated ( Read more... )

I hate it when there's something I want to say really bad, but can't find the right words or the courage to thoroughly execute them.  I wish my, no, I wish life wasn't always constantly changing.  I like moving, staying in motion, keeping life as fresh as possible.  However, I would like to settle, at least for a short amount of time, in a place ( Read more... )
