Summary: They're in an airport as Norway thinks.
Romania must be a shark.
He's the kind of shark, Norway decides, that will swim up to your boat and go around in endless circles without ever actually doing anything. Terrifying, yet harmless.
Norway comes to this conclusion because Romania is constantly moving from place to place. Not personally, no; aside from Sweden Norway has never seen anyone sit quite so still. But in terms of actually having settled down somewhere, it is questionable. Norway and England have visited many times since they first began associating regularly with each other and Romania's address has never been the same place twice.
Not to mention he has this bad habit of randomly disappearing right when he's needed. Norway is taking matters into his own hands, finally, and just going with him.
“Bulgaria was relieved,” Romania says, and takes a bite out of his sandwich, “that he gets to stay home and not worry.”
“He'll worry,” Norway absently replies. He's going over his checklist in his head, casually, and when he finds a missing item he adds it to a new list of things to replace or put in Romania's hands in the future. (Romania is surprisingly good at remembering these.)
“It's all he's good at.” He laughs.
It's the look on Romania's face, though, that tells Norway he is not a shark. Because no matter how far forward he moves, he always ends up going home.
