I am amused by this site that lets you adopt dragon eggs and, I'm guessing, generates traffic b/c the dragons hatch if you get enough unique views, as near as I can tell. See my eggs?

Solution to "a tivo'thingy" marry a Tivo executive or CEO and make them create the technology. 'Course at their salaries they could probably afford to buy you a Tivo for each tv anyway. My soul yearns for Tivo (my pocketbook says no way). So any dvds that I want to watch (ie. Dante's Cove) without D wandering by I have to play on the laptop, which is only technically his since I use it like 99% vs. his 1%. If only it was connected to the internet then I could read fic etc. in the comfort of my own bed.

Solution to "blue-tooth" marry or blackmail one of Bill Gates top henchmen. Or find a fairy godmother ala Cinderella.

Oh dear, did you really 'kill' your camera? I'm so sorry. There are some models/brands that are waterproof up to various depths. Shall I compile a list for you?

I actually know someone that has one and she loves it. Clearly, it isn't her primary computer, though. And I was even considering getting one before the SIL let me borrow hers to hold me over until I got Jazz. :D

I'm still not really sure what TiVo is...
But the phone you're talking about is the iPhone. It can do all those things -- and its querty keyboard is on-screen so when it's just sitting in your purse there is NOTHING happening, definitely not phoning to China.

I don't have an Eee pc, but my laptop is an HP Mini-Note and it fits in my purse. It's my primary computer and is seriously awesome.
