My shoulder has what is known as inflammation syndrome - my right shoulder sits forward a bit more than it should, which puts more stress on the ligaments when I do things like... using it... Need to go back for more physio on Tuesday.

snazoo came through on Saturday. Fumbar made gyoza. Finally got our Christmas presents from Zan (Seasons 1 & 2 of Arrested Development). Spent the evening/night/early morning at John Ho's with Andy, Geoff and John being gamer geeks.

All the old Tang Soo Do elite (minus mr_bastard) were assembled for the first time in ages (most of them are away at various universities). Was in Chichester this weekend just past for limit_fist's 25th birthday. They enticed me there with promises of food, drink and loose women.
