Stuff
Christmas was good. Got stuff from people.
All the old Tang Soo Do elite (minus mr_bastard) were assembled for the first time in ages (most of them are away at various universities). The Bishopps, Sam Chan, Daryl and ginger_n_proud also got together with d_vo and myself for training on Wednesday, and everyone but Rob came here in the afternoon for Heroscape and general goofiness. After that evening ended, Daryl Tom and myself walked around and managed to ruin the moment for 2 amorous foxes and then get stopped by the police, who'd had reports of a fight in the area and asked to see our knuckles. Personally speaking, I think asking someone to show you their knuckles is code for 'punch me in the face please', but I managed to refrain.
Went out for Tom's birthday on the 29th. He's now back at Nottingham (he was working New Year's eve). mini_man came over on the 30th and we did out usual "gaming 'til 4 and then waking up at 9:30 for more" trick. Good stuff
I spent my New Years Eve in Chichester with j_ellaway and limit_fist Went to what was technically a party at a really nice house which Per wants, but the list of people he'd need to kill in order to gain it was too long. The alternative would be to raise the 1.5 million pounds to buy it outright, but that's crazy talk.
And now I'm back home as my mum threatened me with motherish evil if I didn't come back to go to the temple with the family. But I brought Per with me - his ankle's a bit buggered and we'll be getting Blackbelt Colin to fix it tomorrow before heading back to Chichester.
