Spending ban?

Ahem, yours truly broke it in less than 24 hours.  Well in my defence it was a VIP pre-sale that I didn't know about but chanced upon; so a very valid opportunistic bargain that I couldn't turn down.

I am back to a dreary Hong Kong amidst a worsening financial meltdown. Paris was almost everything I had imagined it to be (minus the notoriously arrogant / rude Parisians) and Venice was a little disappointing; more on that later.

The Sister -sparkle2808  - and I have gone absolutely bonkers shopping over the last 3 days.

Considering this is her shortest trip (5days) since June 2005, her loot is nothing short of amazing.

At last count:
- 11 dresses
- 9 pairs of shoes
- 2 bottoms
- 4 tees
- 10 Olympics memorabilia - keychains

She still has half of today left plus tomorrow morning in HKIA!
