One Thousand Miles, 33mpg, and more cello

I hit 1000 miles on my bike, which I'm totally proud of. Also, changing my driving habits has helped me reach 33mpg in my car. Next week's goal is 35! Tomorrow I have a cello recital, where I will play the following:

This week I put 342.2 miles down on 10.32 gallons of gas. That's 33.2mpg...

i reset one of my trip-meters whenever i fill the tank. Then it's just miles driven over gallons filled!

i don't. i'm not using the gauge at all, i'm measuring by how much gas i bought, on the theory that it is the same amount as how much i used.
