10am: Manager on-call at work calls to inquire why i'm not in the office, on a 10 hour shift. whaaat? That never even happened.

Today I overcame and rode my bike to work. Yay!

In spite of the cold, and of not wanting to get out of bed, and of not having any food in the house, and having nothing to wear, aaaaaaaand such... I did it.

Monday was amazingly awesome. I've never had a monday so good. Stress at work had reached a pinnacle, with the impending layoffs (expected and executed Tuesday--I survived!). I have a cello recital Sunday. Saturday mornings are being given up for Karate: my 3 month testing period starts this weekend. Stress in every aspect of my life... yes, ( Read more... )
