One more project

I forgot to mention my other project last night: a portrait miniature necklace. I 'shopped this pic of DH with an actual miniature and will print it or have it printed when I decide what's the best paper/glue combination for my purposes. I bought a tacky little plastic pendant with a gold metal frame that I will use.

Did you take the åicture of him with that original portrait in mind or did you have to find a portrait to match the photo?

Thanks! I took it for that purpose. I had tried to use an existing photo, but the lighting was off.

You mean that's DH's face in the picture? That's great! I would honestly never have known that he didn't come with the portrait.

Hee! He definitely didn't. His ear was driving me crazy b/c it wouldn't line up with the original. I finally decided the painted guy had a weird ear and just went with it. :P
