but anyways! i can't remember gushing so hard over a fic, like ever. i just needed to tell you ;; will eternally be a perfect fic bc of loser!jjong and flirty kibum omg

Of all their dates so far, this, right here, sitting on Kibum’s floor in his tiny, cramped dorm room, sharing take-out with Kibum in sweats beside him, was his favourite. i feel jong on this. i'm a very casual person, and being indoors and alone is the nicest feeling ;; it's so genuine and gahh i got the fuzzies just reading this

I just want to say that I'm really happy to hear you liked Hyoyeon in this fic! I really wanted a female character and she kind of fit the rock image and all. I really wanted to make her laid-back but funny and teasing and I'm happy with how she came out so I'm glad you appreciated her!

Love it! Poor Jonghyun feeling pressured to be a "rock star" type (though, who is he kidding?). And to be honest, Key being pretty insecure in the way he interprets the stuff Jonghyun says is pretty cute to. Proves Jonghyun is an absolute dork though uwu

The thing is I tried to go for angsty and it still ended up fluffy OTL so I just gave up. What can I say I want my otp happy.
Poor Jjong xD he had a pretty bad case of foot in mouth syndrome in this fic. I'm really glad you got that part; about Jonghyun feeling inadequate because he thought it was his "rockstar" image that first attracted Key. *claps* Thank you for getting that <3
I wrote that line ("easy to please") kind of mindlessly, because Jonghyun was so clearly kidding in my mind but then I realized how it sounded and kind of cringed to myself but hey it was a good opportunity to showcase Key's insecurities so I went with him and I'm glad that got included \o/ writing mindless dialogue -- not always mindless! lol
