yoga brings me back in a way that no other thing can. the concentration and relaxation is powerful. this is something other than massage that can ease the tension in my neck and back.

I got accepted to Semester at Sea! I'm doin it! for real!

it's hard to realize that i'm the jerk. and in fact, i am the one making myself miserable over things. it's hard to say that if i could take things back i would.

i'm in a very drained state and i hope that tomorrow the people i love will still love me back.
