This week when I met with Whitney she talked to me a little about breakfast since I had asked about it on behalf of some of you. She gave me a sheet with some suggestions as to how to "Power Up Your Breakfast." If you're interested, I will amend my previous post about E-PHIT and breakfast to add details on this. : )
