E-PHIT Dietician Visit 4

This week when I met with Whitney she talked to me a little about breakfast since I had asked about it on behalf of some of you. She gave me a sheet with some suggestions as to how to "Power Up Your Breakfast." If you're interested, I will amend my previous post about E-PHIT and breakfast to add details on this. : )

Looks like your levels are getting closer... EXCEPT Tini isn't eating enough. *eyes you. You're really low on your calories.

I find this very fascinating and may have you tell me more about it and I'll add it as part of my own diet. hehehe.

I think you should post about the power up your breakfast stuff. I'd like to know. :)

I was trying to see why her calories were SO much lower week 3 and it's because her protein level jumped by a lot. Your body takes longer to process protein so you feel full longer and eat less. Same thing for fat. That's why people who have lean protein and ("good") fat in thinner (not only reason, but that's a reason to include protein and lean fat).

Still not enough calories!
