This week started with me trying to be a little more conscious of what I am eating and moving in the direction of taking better care of myself. It's so much more convenient to NOT do it, but I know it's in my best interest and so I am giving it another shot

That is really great. I do Yoga every Thursday night and it is really great. Clears the mind, etc... Plus, it's funny to do all the positions and watch others.
It is so much easier just to not do it, but in the end it is so much more rewarding to stick to it.
Sadly, I do not have a Lfit class this semester at UNC. Which means I'll be at the gym every day by myself, instead. I do, however, have 3 history classes.

Right now, just AM yoga...but I am hoping to work my way up to doing more extensive yoga.
