Analog TV: *poof*

With a whimper: engineer shuts down WCPO’s analog TV transmitter (Cincinnati, Ohio)

Same with other Cincinnati stations: WXIX (film of the analog signal actually going out), WLWT (nice little historical signoff piece),  and also Dayton’s WHIO.

That WLWT piece was lovely and very classy. I recognized Paul Dixon and Bob Braun in there!

And sinsce my stupid little digital converter box doesn't function, I guess I'm done with broadcast TV. The 20th century is truly over.
