I just have to ask:

Would you take this drug?

I'm seriously considering NOT taking this dreck and live with the risk of a stroke or possible future dementia.

"You may have thoughts about suicide while taking this medication."

Wtf?! I feel like a very unwilling participant in a bizarre field test. Not amused, universe. Not amused at all.

Uuuuhh.. wow. Uhm. I'd definitely ask about alternatives? I guess my answer would be "not if I can help it." If there's no other way, sure, I'd have to try.

I wouldn't want to - not unless it was absolutely essential - ALL the possible side effects are enough to make you feel depressed, even if it's NOT drug-induced!

What barbardin says.

It might also help to get percentages of the listed side-effects occuring, and compare them to the likelihood of you getting a stroke or dementia? I mean, in the end it boils down to a cost-benefit-calculation, doesn't it. The list as such sounds terrifying, but of course they have to list these potential side-effects even if they only happened to one person in 10.000 people, or even if it isn't entirely clear whether the effect was actually caused by the drug or by something else entirely.
(If it isn't "one in 10.000" but "one in ten", I'd definitely prefer the stroke or dementia in the distant future, though.)

Oh God, if it could be helped at all, definitely not! I echo the other urges to ask about alternatives.
