End of June: we learn that the house we've lived in for 12 years will be sold.

6th August: blood gets in the water sales information goes out, property sharks begin to circle

We stock up on chocolate.

7th August:Options are discussed how to thwart the sharks and ensure that the house will get into the hands of a responsible owner.
