Actually, she pretty much looks exactly like I did when I was a baby, except I had green eyes as I got older and even more hair (think "Good Luck Troll Doll" kind of hair)
I'm not Asian and I don't have anything resembling Down's Syndrome. I think she looks like Katie.
No, not Trisomy 21, but I would say she is the resemblence of her parents BEFORE THEY HAD PLASTIC SURGERY to have them look the way they do today - and don't forget, a child does not have to look like either parent, but could look like an aunt, uncle, grandparent, great-grandparent (or in my case NO ONE IN THE FAMILY AT ALL!!!).
She's herself I guess and not all children look beautiful and expecting a child from 'good looking' parents (not that I have ever thought Tom Cruise in the slightest way good looking, just as I think Brad Pitt is FUGLY) is a lot of expectation. Genetics are a funny business.
Poor kid, when she grows up and finds all the media articles about her, she's going to have SUCH a complex, unless her parents get her to a plastic surgeon quick to forfil other peoples expectations of what she should look like (think of that Clinton daughter, whatshername? She was villified because she wasn't model/perfect instead of just being herself).
