And it's the first time it happened. We will look into it to see how we can prevent something like that in the future - for the safety of our other guests.

I think in the long run, it will be okay. Really. I'm not 'big' enough that it will become some sort of scandal and my management's already doing some damage control.

A few weeks from now, people won't even remember this.
