Seems like a really lame, cheap, and surface level interpretation of our Mister J and Harley...I don't think Jared Leto is right for the part at alll and the way they wrote Harley as just a "crazy" blonde sex kitten is like...no. And giving The Joker a grill? What the hell??

Hi Yukino, I have no idea if I'm in the minority opinion among Harley fans, but I am really excited and optimistic about the trailer. While Leto didn't stun me the way Ledger did in his trailers, it still looks like an amazing performance to me. I actually like the silver teeth and think it was a smart idea visually to give him a distinctive and creepy smile unlike any of his previous film adaptations. They still felt like Joker and Harley to me. Might be in the minority here. I am sad actually that the film won't come out for a year ( ... )

Well, for me...I was super excited about everything I was seeing about the movie until they revealed that Joker would have tattoos. Having seen the trailer now... that opinion still stands. It's like I'm pretty chill about everything except for that lol. I like Harley's outfit (I mean obv the heels are a bit much but it overall seems in character) and the interpretations of the other character's looks don't bother me. I'm even cool about the implied Deadshot/Harley stuff that's been revealed via leaked set pics 'cause that actually happened in the comics (however much I hate the New 52, it did happen ( ... )

i gotta take back what i said in this thread because i actually liked it A LOT. kneejerk J and H fan reaction over here. after watching, it JUST WORKED for me.

i agree with everything you said except for the whole giving her to another man thing? i don't think thats what he was doing. i think he was just trying to instigate something like a little game so he could kill the guy. and harley was in on it. like two lions or wolves circling around this rabbit and playing games with it before they killed it. thats the way i saw it anyway. but I AM concerned about Margot's comments involving harley and joker. =/ seems like she played harley really well on screen but for some reason doesn't understand her AT ALL. talking about how "oh she should get out of the relationship and its toxic and bad for her yada yada yada" the usual garbage faux feminist CRAP. i was SO disappointed in her...=/ if they make some PCed up Harley on screen because of her and other dumb people...i ain't watchin' it. thats NOT harley or her character. no one seems to get it...as always.
