Observations and the like

Jan 31, 2007 21:30

So I've been back to school for a total of three (3 [III]) days and I've made some notations about things.
  1. There are a lot of people that are physically and/or mentally incapable of driving. You will get behind these people during rush hour traffic on the beltway.
  2. There is never any parking anywhere until you are ready to leave.
  3. There are two very ( Read more... )

There is only one way to respond to your notations, so here goes.

1. Your just noticing this. I wonder if they can back up??
2. When you get old and walking becomes more of a pain in the ass, then you have the right to complain.
3. I suspect these types have existed since the beginning of time. They will continue to scare you throughout your life.
4. Jenny Trust - I like it.
5. Your history teacher will provide entertainment throughout the semester. Now, let’s talk about this “Clown raping you” thing.
6. I resent this one and you know why.
7. What are you doing in this “clearly a class of winners” ?
8. OK, I admit it, I had to Google Yakuza.
9. Moving on to ten with you.
10. I’ve told you before; you were born of the wrong generation. I’ll bet most “very old” people know what “Rockabilly” is.

I like the idea for your next project. I look forward to it. Good luck with the semester. I know it will go OK.

(Skipping some items because I'm pressed for time:

2. Complain all you want. Everyone else does!
3. You have met Gary W., right? On another note, my older brother had this kid in high school that would cut his finger at the beginning of class and just let it drip through the class. He seemed to enjoy making a pool of blood. He also used to come into school with a civil war saber stuffed down the leg of his pants. Needless to say, he's not quite right in the head.
4. Jenny Trust is awesome.
5. The clown raping thing was hilarious. And creepy at the same time. Of course, it's been done - The Devil's Rejects. Not too high on the funny scale. But certainly off the creepy chart.
8. I didn't have to google Yakuza. I still have all my fingers intact as well.
9. I'll stop here. I'm quite a bit older than you, but have no clue what Rockabilly is. And I'm quite content to go to my grave without knowing...

Hope all goes well this semester. Keep the funny coming.

Hahaha #5 reminds me of Cox's Music 100 class. It was so painful to watch him use power point. He didn't understand that a presentation could have multiple slides... so he would go to the window list and change presentations after each slide.. and have like 30 or 40 powerpoint presentations open at the same time. It hurt so bad.

Thank you for reminding me why it's so nice to be done with school. You're well on your way to paying me back for that Wii.
