It seems to be Button Pressing Fest. Or Bullying Fest?

After reading about the six suicides yesterday, I was so upset that it kept me upset for almost 3 hours in a row. Yeah, what can I say, I'm still human, still have feelings, still have a heart. I even fought to reclaim it back after it was almost dried out from... bullies. Hah. I prefer to have ( Read more... )

I agree.

Illadore's a friend, so I have been following all of this, and honestly, it really comes down to the editor being an ass.

Don't worry, I wasn't taking it personal :) Because I also consider courtesy important, I think it was worth noting why I deliberately wasn't being very polite in my FB comment on Cooks Source. I didn't call her names in my reply, but I wasn't polite either.

Unfortunately, I'm not at all surprised to find that Boo was bullied by parents from a 'Christian' school. I am finding, increasingly, that those folks who label themselves as such at every turn, and not just in their personal relationship with God, are doing so as a way of proclaiming their rightness-above-all-others, which is FAR from Christian in my opinion.

I think Boo looked fabulous, and it was far funnier (part of the point of Halloween, to me) that he IS a boy wearing a female characters costume! Phooey on all those mean mums!
