I've hit a sticking point. Firetruck. I know what I can do, how to do it, but yet I'm not doing it. I think I'm scared.

My dad has (almost) managed to install a speech enabled version of linux on his desktop, using only the old version of speech enabled linux on that same desktop to do it. I'm impressed!

Development seems to have a way of cycling between two (or more?) extremes. The external view of these opposites often looks similar, but what's going on in detail is often rather different ( Read more... )
