Hmm...
There's a guy who sits outside my local supermarket (the cute one who we considered inviting home for tea Nicole).
I asked him if he wanted anything from the supermarket, and gave him a bottle of coke and some biscuits (it's a hot day today).
It was nice to see his smile at getting this stuff, but is there a better way of being charitable?
I don't like giving money to charities - I don't get the reward (the smile of the guy in this case).
Heh, it's also interesting that I gave him something I usually deny myself. I don't usually buy fizzy drink as it's expensive, and I can drink other things. I guess if I was sitting outside all day in the heat today I'd have bought myself a coke though =]. This guy also might not have great access to water too, so *shrug*.
