I have been surviving life for the past year or so.  It became evident when I stepped on my scales right after Christmas and they came to rest at 270.  I couldn't believe that I was back at 270 lbs.  Just over 8 years ago I was miserable.  I was at my heaviest weight that I ever was.  I don't know what that was exactly, but I know it was over 275 ( Read more... )

I had a nice and relaxing morning. I slept in until almost 9. I needed to get that extra sleep. When I got up, I was surprised to find that Rusty was still in his bed in my room.
