Eagle has landed, pt.2

(from DH)  Well, as of 12:04pm, our little girl entered our world.  She is perfectly healthy, at 6lbs 14 oz's.  Janet is doing fine as well.  This birth was considerably less dramatic, but the speed at which this occurred was astonishing.  Janet had questionable and random contractions at 9:00am and was in full-blown labor by 11:00.

Janet - she is soooo beautiful! I love her little pixie face! And look at you - such a huge smile in the OR! I'm so happy she is here and you are done being miserable! :) And hee hee for Jack missing his last hurrah golf weekend....good thing she's worth it, huh? :) Can't wait to hear more, like, um...a name?

Oh, many MANY congrats, Janet!!!! So happy everything went so smoothly and quickly and that you both are fine! Welcome to the world, sweet nameless baby girl. ;)

(And I think it's karma that Jack had to miss golf, since you had to miss the ballet the last time.)

*sigh* She's absolutely perfect, Janet (and Jack!)!! I LOVE the picture of you kissing her and the one of you two sleeping!! :) So glad she's here healthy and hope you all are enjoying getting to know each other!!
