Eagle has landed, pt.2
(from DH) Well, as of 12:04pm, our little girl entered our world. She is perfectly healthy, at 6lbs 14 oz's. Janet is doing fine as well. This birth was considerably less dramatic, but the speed at which this occurred was astonishing. Janet had questionable and random contractions at 9:00am and was in full-blown labor by 11:00.
Considering our perionatal dr's appt on Monday showed that there were no visible signs of movement by our little girl towards the birthing position, we anticipated that we would go at least to the scheduled date of March 12th. She is setting up to be quite the little spoiler, as already she cost me at least one round of golf and a significant business dinner with several meaningful business contacts.
