There is just one thing I wish everyone could take from the death of Robin Williams. Depression is a disease that kills. And if someone you know dies of depression, it is the fault of the disease. Don't every put two people with the names Anthony and Marc in the same story.  Especially if you have them doing things that reference the two together.  Someone will wind up thinking "Marc Anthony".  At least I know I did, despite her being careful to always name Anthony first. :)

I got a Christmas Gift of sorts yesterday! Thursday I saw my Rheumatologist and a result on Friday I got a box of 30 Lidoderm patches.  The big thing with this is since I have insurace now (go SSD and medicare!) My first Cataract Surgery (and the after arrive at home nap) is over! Things went very well. There is a slight scratchyness in the eye but that is about all.  If I cover my right eye I can almost read the screen without glasses. According to the van driver I managed to be the only person he knows that felt a brief flash of pain when they inserted ( Read more... )
