Rob is at the hockey game, bonding with his brother and I am at home, alone on a Saturday night....how sad, but typical these days.

Why are my in-laws so nuts???? My MIL is a lying pyscho- she is making us crazy, if it is not one thing with her than it is other. We actually dread it when we see her number on the caller ID. Then there is my BIL and SIL- they are fighting non-stop, she told him to leave but he refuses to. So, once again we are caught in the middle of it all.

I am feeling overwhelmed and stressed out over work. This year is starting out better, I actually like my class and my teammates are good. One has been teaching in the county 8-10 years and is an overachiever, everything has to be spelled out and she is so.... I am not even sure of the word. In one weekend she emailed me 9 times!!!! The weather cleared up yesterday and we went to the car dealer, my BIL works for a ford dealer, good thing we like Fords. So, I had a '05 Taurus which I greatly disliked, too big and I was not comfortable driving it, so now I have a '06 Ford Fusion in that cool green. This has been a long week, thankfully it is Friday. Teachers had to go to school Monday and had a week without the kids to get our rooms ready. Mine is not 100% ready because, yesterday we had to evacuate the building before open house; a gas leak, it is ok now, then today due to Ernesto, we lost power, and had to leave the building at 2pm.
