So there's this nifty thingy that maps out yarn stores all over the U.S. And I just spent 10 minutes zeroing in on the route I drive to my parents' house to locate all the yarn stores on the way.

I foresee that my drive-time for visits may get inexplicably longer from here on out...

Okay, it's a little early for roses, but I've been in a decidedly sunny mood this week. Things that are contributing to it:

1. Pavers gone.
2. Corrected landscape estimate on its way to me, and I'll be able to afford everything I want, except that the tree will be a little smaller than the original plan.

Brrr... I just got back from picking up groceries, and I thought the wind was going to knock me over before I got everything inside. I'm very glad that the rest of the day is given over to puttering around inside the house, because this is not a day to be outdoors.
