Today's neat link: Hamlet: The Text Adventure. I know I played a lot of DND (yes, "DND" was the title of the game) and similar games somewhere in the early 90's - and now I can get the same experience while learning about and/or ruining the classics!

Apparently, at the moment, the Superdome is on fire, but they can't evacuate because people are firing at the helicopters that are supposed to be airlifting people out. And, of course, a good chunk of our National Guard is off in the Middle East, where they don't seem to be doing anyone any good ( Read more... )

I have to lose 5.6 oz per week to be a healthy weight by the time I turn 30. It sounds so easy like that!

In order to get the In The Groove calorie counter to give a reasonable number, I have to tell it I weight 50 pounds. Which was accurate when I was about 2.
