Well I hit my goal right before xmas (well my original goal was over 20 lbs ago!). I am now about 136 lbs.. I have lost about 59 lbs all together. I have been exercising 6 days a week doing aerobics and weight classes at the YMCA plus I have also being doing weights 2 days a week. I still continue to do my Pilates a few days as week as well
