Weight Loss Pictures

Well I hit my goal right before xmas (well my original goal was over 20 lbs ago!). I am now about 136 lbs.. I have lost about 59 lbs all together. I have been exercising 6 days a week doing aerobics and weight classes at the YMCA plus I have also being doing weights 2 days a week. I still continue to do my Pilates a few days as week as well..

Well all of this until last Monday. I managed to pull a muscle in my back/neck (it is the muscle that comes down from my right side of my neck to my back. It is still hurting me pretty bad. I asked Jobe if I should go to see the doc but he said there is not much you can do for this type of injury but wait it out. It is really frustrating for me thou. I cannot do weights on my arms or my Pilates because it puts too much strain on my neck. I think it is getting better, yesterday was a good day it hardly hurt at all but today it is worse again.. I know it will get better and it will take time. For the meantime I have been doing the elliptical and running/walking on the treadmill. I am just paranoid if I do nothing I will end up gaining weight and losing the muscle mass that I have gained. For the first time in my life I am really proud of the way I look.

That being said. I am sure it will work out. Here are some new pictures I took (and some of the old ones too for reference..)
