Fitness Times
So I guess the best way to start off this journal entry is to share some good news. The last three days off were perhaps some of the best three days I've had in a while.
On Wednesday Tom and I went to the range and I shot almost all of my guns. Excluding my shot gun and PS90 which cannot be fired indoors in Medford.

Surprise Surprise (And an interesting time)
So earlier today (Friday August 10th) was Marks 25th Birthday. Well his 2nd birthday in heaven and not with us..at least physically.

Podcasts. Quite possible the best thing to ever go along with iPod's ever. A podcast for the few of you that don't know is kind of a pre recorded radio show that you can get most of the time for free on your iPod.
