Drove down to Seattle with Jim for the VA appointment.  I survived it.  Stopped off at the Fortune Restaurant in Mt. Vernon out of curiosity.  Curiosity is sated.  I've had better.  Felt poorly afterwards.  Napped and dithered afterwards.  Skyped.  Decided to save my errands for tomorrow, get them accomplished all in one go.  Now I am watching ( Read more... )

I forgot the downside of the 20 mg of citalopram.  The enjoyable crushing fatigue.  So, there's an argument for staying at 10 mg.  Nice to feel a little more elevated for a while, though.  I suppose it's just as well that I was unable to go the VA on Monday ( Read more... )

Lazy today.  Got up early.  Got dressed.  Took my meds.  Dozed off on the living room couch after making my journal entry.  I played a lot of solitaire today.  I am not happy with my book choices and am thinking of going back to Patrick O'Brian and re--reading Master and Commander.

I worked out and then hurried home to hydrate myself a little more, have a little breakfast and then rush over to donate blood.  It went smoothly.  My blood pressure was nearly normal 120/84.  So.  Progress.  My hematocrit was decent too.  40.

I came home and crashed on the couch.  Watched a little television.  Finished reading The Shortest ( Read more... )
