What Fuels the Angels?
I saw an interesting van on the drive to work this morning. The back of the van had two Angels logos and some generic "baseball" logos. It was going slower than I, and I passed the van on the left. Back to the Grind
I had a great trip to see my family, including my 5-month-old niece, for Thanksgiving. Fires
Traffic on the 5 was slow in Irvine, but everything started picking up south of the 405 merge. It was clear driving the rest of the way down to Carlsbad, but I could see the San Diego smoke plume as I drove in to work ( Read more... ) -

Today's 17-7 win against the East Carolina Pirates wasn't the beauty that many Hokies were hoping for, but it's better than being a Michigan fan tonight. The team will need to perform much better next week to have a chance against LSU, but it was reassuring to me that the team didn't melt down when ECU got an early 7-3 lead ( Read more... ) -

Ongoing construction means ongoing openings of new restaurants. I tried the new Quizno's location in The District at Tustin Legacy, since a sandwich sounded good. The food was on par with my Quizno's expectations, but the cashier's familiarity with the register was not; assistance was needed from a manager, and the manager then needed assistance ( Read more... ) -

As much as I had waffled on the thought of getting an iPhone before this week, the steady stream of information releast from Apple whet my appetite and I left work at 5pm on Friday to get one.
